Physical Therapist:

Kaileen has been practicing physical therapy since 2011, after graduating from the University of Maryland, Baltimore with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. After getting her B.S in Information Systems and working for a healthcare consulting firm for 2 years, she decided she needed a change and go after something she was truly passionate about.

Since then, she has not looked back. Kaileen is an experienced Physical Therapist with a demonstrated history of excellence in the health, wellness and fitness industry. She played varsity basketball, softball and field hockey for Winston Churchill High School in Montgomery County, MD, where she grew up. After numerous injuries, Kaileen was able to develop a true compassion for those who are not able to function optimally and therefore, finds it so fulfilling to make a difference in someone's life.

Every individual possesses a unique set of needs. Kaileen has worked with all age groups, mainly in an outpatient setting, specializing in orthopedics and well versed with the neurological population. Kaileen believes in treating each person holistically as there are many factors besides physical ones that could be contributing to the patient's pain.

Having experienced many different clinical settings and management styles, Kaileen’s vision is to create a positive setting for both patients and staff, and a clinical team that works together to maximize the quality of care for patients.

Outside of work, Kaileen practices muay thai, barre, meditation and myriad other forms of physical, mental and emotional wellness. She also loves hiking, nature and spending time with her cat and family.
